1012 - 15th Street, PRINT ONLY, to be discussed per shoot , 2 floors (including PH with AMAZING terrace), some restrictions do apply: ie; interior staircase may not be used to carry up equipment, must use building staircase (large staircase), art on walls to be protected, etc EXPENSIVE

Notes:

1 Building only allows 8am - 8pm hours

2 Building fees apply

3 No shoes in home

4 No sitting on furniture

5 all floors, counters, walls etc must be protected at all times

6 Art may not be shot unless copy right and approved by owner

7 Interior staricase may not be used to carry things to roof (must use the buulding staircase)

8 Some changes have been made and scouting is mandatroy for all shoots

9 Very Expensive

10 Limited number of people permitted in home at one time
