1305 - 19^th Street ( West Side Hwy ), NYC, FILM FRIENDLY, very Very expensive, some restrictions do apply...ie: all shoes are to be left at the door, models may wear prop shoes, eating & drinking allocated to the kitchen only, kitchen counters and kitchen floors must be covered with drop cloths, a magazine credit is required with use of this loft for Editorial, EARLIEST IS 9am or after FOR START TIMES, building fees will apply, floors must be protected with 4 x 8 sheets of craft cardboard for all shoots (can use only blue tape to tape together and can move from area to area), foyer must be protected as well, etc......VERY EXPENSIVE...HAS TERRACE, empire state views

NOTE: NO SHOOTS ON WEEKENDS ( unless approved in advance, may be possible ), Unfurnished at present and on the market for sale
