NOTE: Very EXPENSIVE....all fees must add NY tax fees on top, max 12 people for PH shoots, max 8 people for Owners Suite, and max 3 people for guest rooms for shoots ( sometimes they make exceptions ), for large load in's, additional fees will be applied, only 1 - 2 trips on elevators, THOR – Shoot hours only between 1pm-5pm, Lobby Lounge – Shoot hours only between 8am-2pm....NO SHOOTING IN HOTEL ENTRANCE OR GROUND FLOOR LOBBY, NO EXCEPTIONS...
