3465: Glen Cove (LI), NY, 25 miles from NYC, Prefers print, very expensive, some restrictions do apply...ie: all shoes are to be left at the door, models may wear prop shoes, eating & drinking allocated to the kitchen only, kitchen counters and kitchen floors must be covered with drop cloths, a magazine credit is required with use of this loft, EARLIEST IS 9am or after FOR START TIMES, building fees will apply, floors must be protected with 4 x 8 sheets of craft cardboard for all shoots (can use only blue tape to tape together and can move from area to area), foyer must be protected as well, etc......VERY EXPENSIVE...
