Notes: there are two buildings and an airstream, the Lake House is 1500 sq. ft on two floors. the upper floor is the living, dining, sleeping loft, bathroom and kitchen with a canter levered deck over the lake, urnished in 40/50's period furniture and decorative arts ( signed James Mont furniture ) , the lower floor is a guest room with a Murphy bed , all lined in golden oak coffering and has its own deck as well. there is heat on both floors and a/c in the lower one.
