4 AS of Jan 2009, there is now a tie in box in basement, 300 amps, fees do apply to tie in ( must be arranged in advance with locations electrician )
5 THE DOORS AND WINDOWS IN THE LOBBY, LIBRARY AND PARLOR CAN NOT BE OPENED
6 ALSO USE OF THE BACK PORCH IS NOT PERMITTED AT PRESENT, THERE IS SOME LOOSE PLASTER ON THE CEILING..., there is a hole in library floor will be fixed by June 09
7 the basement is not always available for shoots, the carriage house is not always available, and the school is not always available, must request and clear
