Notes:

1    motor home is mandatory ( only one bathroom in mansion and very old plumbing, and very weak power, so motorhomes are mandatory for these reasons )

2    No air conditioning ( windows do not open) , HEAT IS VERY MINIMAL IN THIS HOME

3    PERMITS ARE MANDATORY FOR PRINT AND FILM FROM GLENN COVE and is the responsibility of the Producer

4    fees are very expensive

5    VERY IMPORTANT, A TIME SHEET MUST BE SIGNED AT THE START AND AT THE END ...

6    Generator is required  / no cables go thru the windows and doors from the outside

7    For 15 people or more there is an additional fee, please always advise the size of the crew

8    Shoots do NOT have access to the whole house - can use entire 1st floor and limited areas on the 2nd   

9    Motor homes should back into the horseshoe drive in front of house   

10   no furniture in home available as of JULY 2010 ( what minimal pieces there are, owner requests: not to use the couches in the ballroom to "lounge" just to be photographed if they chose to do so )

11   as of Sept 2010, all floors have been redone, all floors must be protected by floor board or equivalent, mandatory, otherwise no entrance onto estate
