THE STOOP - Stoop is a rentable set rather than a permanent part of location. it requires owners to rebuild/hire  set builder to re-assemble each time it's rented out.  In addition, the doorway is rented from another prop house and brought in- and it's framework is tailored for each rental and re-built by the set-builder upon request.  Fee usually costs 1200-2000 to rent, depending on how elaborate you want it (windows etc).
